Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StudentStack (studentstack.com), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Description of Service

StudentStack is an online platform that aggregates and displays information about student discounts, educational offers, and promotional deals from various third-party providers. We do not sell products or services directly; we provide information and links to external providers.

Eligibility

By using StudentStack, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the Site in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

Use of the Site

• Process transactions or handle refunds
• Verify student eligibility for third-party deals

When you click on a deal link, you will be redirected to a third-party site. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party services.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit deals or other content to StudentStack:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your submission
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content
• You agree that your submission does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any submission
• We are not obligated to publish any submission

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StudentStack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Site or services without our express written permission. Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDENTSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudentStack and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
